Setup
Loop one strap on each pointer finger. Hook fingers so the strap doesnt slide around finger. Its all in the wrist. Bend elbows at 90 degrees with palms up.
Step 1: Jumprope
Twirl Comets forward, together like jumping a rope.
Step 2: Staggered
Change rhythm to one up, one down.
Step 3: Figure 8
Start with just one Comet. Twirl forward as before, then reach across your body for one rotation, then back. Now try the other hand separately. Now both together. Right handers:cross right arm under left; left handers: left under right.
